We will either replace the work if it is an edition or refund the money if it’s an original work.

Do you accept submissions?
Although we love seeing new work we are not accepting submissions at this time.

I want to give this artwork to my boyfriend which is in 3 days, can you do that?
Yes! We are happy to expedite your shipping. Please email us in addition to your order so we know to get it to you as fast as humanly possible.

Do you issue certificate of authenticity forms?
Per request we are happy to do that.

What is an edition?
An edition is an artwork that is produced in multiple, usually in a specific number (i.e.: 4/50)

What are Cinders Editions?
Cinders Editions are works we publish and are usually hand-numbered and signed art prints or books.

How do I know if an item is available?
All items are available for sale unless indicated as “Sold Out.” If you encounter a sold-out item and you wish to be notified if it becomes available, send us an email.

Do I need to set up an account in order to make a purchase?
No account creation is necessary to make purchases from Cinders Gallery, you can simply complete your checkout normally as a guest.
